The pimples on chin are also called zits or pimples. They are caused by 3 main things, i.e.:
- Dead skin cells
- Excessive oil
When the three combine, they lead to swelling, reddening and eventually, a break out. This problem occurs on various part of the body, not just the chin. You will find them on the nose and roof of the mouth.
What causes the pimples on chin?
There are many factors which could lead to the problem. These are as explained below:
Lack of balanced diet
If you do not get the right nutrition, you will be at a risk of suffering from the pimples on chin. When the small intestine is disturbed, it triggers this problem. This occurs if one has what we call food allergies.
In order to deal with the problem, you will need to eat healthy foods and at the same time, avoid the foods which trigger allergies.
The teenage is that time in one’s life when the hormones rage. Examples of these hormones include the male androgen hormones. When this hormone is excessively produced, it leads to the break out.
In full, this condition is known as Polycystic Ovarian Hormone. It affects the women where the ovaries are caused to produce a lot of the male hormone that we are calling the androgen. The ovulation may stop due to this hormone, the result of which is the pimples on chin.
Blockage of lymphatic drainage
If the lymphatic system is not working well, toxins will accumulate in the body. The toxins manifest themselves on the body in the form of pimples.
Stress and make up
Constant stress and anxiety have been linked to the outbreak of the pimples. There are also various types of makeup which ruin the skin.
